Job summary

Aypa Power is seeking a Manager, FP&A Systems & Planning Technology to lead the administration, enhancement, and strategic development of the company’s financial planning systems, focused on Workday Adaptive Planning.

You will own the architecture, governance, and evolution of our planning environment and partner with FP&A, Accounting, Development, Operations, and IT to enable scalable forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or a related field.
• 5+ years in financial systems, FP&A, or finance technology roles.
• 3+ years hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience governing data integrity and model accuracy.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with strong problem solving.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for business.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and IT.
• Experience in renewable energy, private equity, or related capital environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system owner and administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Design and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting.
• Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop scalable self-service reporting and analytics for finance leadership.
• Define and maintain scalable financial planning architecture.
• Manage configuration, security, versions, and data pipelines.
• Develop and execute FP&A planning technology roadmap; drive automation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Development, Ops, IT and data teams.
• Lead user enablement, documentation, training, and ongoing support.
