Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited institution preferred.
• One year of supervisory or related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Work Readiness Facilitators and implement work readiness curriculum.
• Oversee assessment of readiness, aptitude, and skill evaluations.
• Instruct participants in vocational, computer and work readiness skills.
• Maintain attendance, test scores and facilitator reports.
• Develop and refine work readiness curriculum based on Fedcap philosophy.
