Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior WordPress Developer to lead end-to-end custom WordPress work for US clients. You’ll scope builds, align with business goals, and drive efficiencies with AI while maintaining high-quality, fast, and secure sites.

You’ll also be the main development voice in client conversations and ensure projects stay healthy. The role requires strong WordPress, PHP and modern front-end skills, plus excellent English for client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Strong custom WordPress and PHP skills.
• Proficiency with modern HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Ability to scope work to a client’s business goals.
• Fluency in English and client-facing communication.
• Experience leading or owning builds, not just ticket closing.
