Job summary

Northeast Community College is seeking a full-time Women’s Volleyball Coach to provide visionary leadership for the program, fostering academic achievement, athletic excellence, and student success. The head coach will recruit, mentor, train, and evaluate players, while managing travel, game schedules, and compliance with NJCAA and ICCAC rules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and collegiate coaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Collegiate coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of volleyball skill development, recruiting, scouting, and game management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train student-athletes for the women's volleyball program.
• Recruit student-athletes and monitor eligibility and academic progress.
• Plan team travel, schedule games, and manage the program budget.
• Engage with Northeast Athletics and broader campus/community.
