Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems to support Warehouse Management Systems, configure and test, and write specifications for enhancements. You will work with clients, coordinate QA, and assist project managers during implementations.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS or related field and 4+ years in WMS development with SQL expertise. Master’s and Oracle SQL are a plus.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required.
4+ years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) development and implementation.
Experience with web-based applications, WMS, TMS and small parcel systems.
Experience in supply chain domains: warehousing, transportation or distribution.

Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and determine fit and customizations for WMS projects.
Create proposals, gather data for cost estimates and present GXO capabilities to clients.
Support project managers during implementations and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
Develop implementation plans, configure systems, train users and document changes.
Write detailed specifications for modifications and QA testing of system changes.
Perform data modeling and QA testing before release to users and field teams.
Deliver user training and provide site support to distribution centers and operations.
Resolve data-related issues within logistics information systems.
