Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems to support the WMS information systems, develop specs, and coordinate QA testing. You will help manage client relationships, configure systems, and write implementation plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams and ongoing system optimization. Your background should include WMS/TMS experience, SQL skills, and a strong grasp of supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 4 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) development and implementation.
• Experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems.
• Expertise in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting.
• Understanding of client/server, relational databases, web-based systems, and object-oriented design.
• Master’s degree is a plus; Oracle SQL programming experience is helpful.
• 5 years of experience with WMS development and implementation.
• Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development to analyze client requirements and customizations.
• Create proposals, gather data for cost estimates and present GXO capabilities.
• Support project managers during system implementations/upgrades and provide ongoing support.
• Develop documented implementation plans, configure systems, train users and provide post-implementation support.
• Create functional specifications for modifications, defects, enhancements and user documentation.
• Perform process and data modeling; conduct QA testing on system changes.
• Work with end users for user acceptance testing before field release.
• Deliver training to power users and provide site-level system support.
• Provide data issue resolution support for logistics information systems.
