GXO Logistics is seeking a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems in Bloomington, CA. You will drive analytics, system integration, and project leadership across WMS and automation interfaces, delivering dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.

You will manage a small team and coordinate with vendors, ensuring successful site launches and ongoing system stabilization and enhancements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (foreign equivalent accepted).
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or related Principal Analyst/Analyst roles.
• Experience with WMS, TMS and small parcel systems development and support.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis, extraction and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform IT service management processes and project/change management duties.
• Foster and maintain client relationships and coordinate cross functional reviews with vendor teams.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise system implementation initiatives for new site launches.
• Design interfaces between WMS and automation technologies (AMR, AS/RS, RFID, etc.).
• Develop enterprise-level analytical reports and dashboards to support decisions.
