Job summary

BlueWorx is seeking an experienced Wireline Operations Supervisor to lead field operations supporting oil and gas well services in Casper, WY. This hands-on leadership role supervises crews, coordinates field activities, and ensures jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in oilfield or wireline operations, proven supervisory ability, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of oilfield or wireline field ops experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or field leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of wireline field operations and wellsite procedures.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews and equipment priorities.
• High school diploma or GED required; Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wireline field crews and direct daily operations.
• Coordinate personnel, trucks, tools, and equipment for jobs.
• Lead pre-job planning and safety expectations.
• Maintain equipment readiness and perform field troubleshooting.
• Coordinate shop activities between field assignments.
