Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a similar wireline role.
• 2–4 years' experience in plug and perf wireline operations.
• 2–3 years' supervisory experience in pump-down plug and perf wireline operations.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals, operation instructions, and policies.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to apply advanced math to field tasks.
• Experience with logging and perforating operations.
• Must maintain up-to-date certifications per Tier 1 policies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to Tier 1 and client policies.
• Promote safety awareness.
• Assemble and perform perforating gun services on-site.
• Run logging services (Cement Bond logs, Gamma Ray Logs, Noise/Temperature Logs, correlations).
• Ensure compliance with regulations for Wireline explosives operations.
• Ensure safety practices before, during, after operations.
• Provide technical assistance, supervision and training to team.
• Mentor and supervise operators on safety and wellhead execution.
• Troubleshoot tool/vehicle issues.
• Complete job-related paperwork and logs.
• Coordinate with Customer Representatives to meet target dates.
• Other duties as assigned.
