Job summary

New Era Technology, LLC is seeking an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless and wired networks. You will work with Cisco wireless technologies, perform RF site surveys using Ekahau, and ensure secure, high-performing network services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in wireless network engineering and enterprise networking.
• Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise wireless networks.
• Experience with wireless site surveys and RF analysis.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise wireless and wired LAN/WAN networks.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Wireless Controllers and Access Points.
• Perform wireless site surveys using Ekahau and analyze RF coverage.
• Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, performance, authentication, roaming, and reliability issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver network solutions.
• Document configurations, survey results, and implemented solutions.
