Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to support enterprise wireless infrastructure within its IT Operations. You will design, implement, and optimize wireless networks across facilities, perform RF surveys for coverage, and troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in networking or related field and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco wireless technologies, plus proficiency in RF site surveys using Ekahau or AirMagnet and a solid

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in networking or related field.
3+ years designing and supporting enterprise wireless networks.
Hands-on Cisco wireless experience (Catalyst Wireless, Meraki, DNA Center).
RF site surveys with Ekahau or AirMagnet.
Strong knowledge of 802.11 standards and wireless security.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless network solutions across multiple facilities.
Conduct wireless site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
Troubleshoot complex wireless connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis.
Lead wireless infrastructure deployment projects, including hardware upgrades and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure and security protocols.
