Job summary

Champion Window in the Des Moines area seeks an Installation Supervisor to lead technical installation teams for windows, doors, and siding. You will measure, order, schedule, and oversee projects while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing in-house and subcontractor crews, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring 100% collection on balances due. Training and safety compliance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership and training abilities.
• Experience in managing window/door/siding projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical construction expert for windows, doors, siding and sunrooms as required.
• Lead, train and hold crews accountable to meet daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
• Oversee in-house and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are measured, ordered, staged, scheduled, completed and payments collected.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with regulations and complete required safety training.
• Ensure compliance with Champion policies and government requirements.
