Job summary

Champion Window is seeking an Installation Manager to lead and coach the installation division, ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue and operational efficiency. You will oversee installation supervisors, service/measure technicians, production specialists and subcontractors, with responsibilities spanning scheduling, cost control and team development.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and a willingness to work early hours and Saturdays when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supervising installation teams preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and hold the division team accountable for operational goals.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; manage invoices, cost of goods and scheduling.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
• Foster teamwork and accountability across operations, sales and central teams.
