Marvin is seeking an experienced Lead Installer for residential windows and doors in Acton, MA. You will install premium Infinity replacement products, manage removal, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings.
• Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping, and sealing skills.
• Ability to work independently or guide less-experienced installers.
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards.
• Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish.
• Support or lead jobs depending on experience level.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams.
• Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations.
• Complete postinstallation service or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times.
