Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Master Installer to lead our installation team on premium fiberglass window and door projects. You will act as a technical expert, mentor junior staff, and establish best practices across job sites.

The role demands extensive hands-on experience, strong craftsmanship, and professional communication with homeowners and project managers. We offer year‑round work and competitive pay with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of window and door installation experience, including custom projects.
• Expert carpentry, trim, capping, flashing, and finishing skills.
• Experience mentoring installers and leading complex installations.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level technical installation expert on complex projects.
• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin's standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for installation teams.
• Train and mentor Lead Installers and newer installers.
• Develop and promote installation best practices across the market.
• Complete removal, installation, trim, sealing, and finish work with precision.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation and safety on site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers.
