You will perform removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish, with the option to lead or mentor depending on experience. Safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are emphasized in a professional work environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience installing replacement windows and doors in residential settings.
• Strong finish carpentry, trim, capping, and sealing skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform residential window and door installations to Marvin quality standards.
• Complete removal, installation, trim, capping, sealing, and final fit & finish.
• Support or lead jobs depending on experience level.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams.
• Identify and communicate jobsite challenges or installation considerations.
• Complete post-installation service or adjustments as needed.
• Maintain detailed jobsite documentation and photos.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times.
