Job summary

Simply Superior Window Cleaning is seeking a Lead Tech in Moorpark, CA to provide core window cleaning and related services with a strong focus on customer service.

The role includes pressure washing, gutter, awning, and solar panel cleaning, with responsibilities for managing work orders, tracking times, and maintaining safety on site. The position is non-exempt and hourly, with a schedule from early morning to early evening, Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to explain work to customers and describe our process.
• Experience operating light equipment safely.
• Organized, efficient, and able to manage time outdoors.
• Flexible schedule 4:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; occasional weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Clean DMV; eligible to drive company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders while meeting hourly rate targets.
• Maintains customer satisfaction rating of 4 or 5 to boost repeat business.
• Uses scheduling software to track job times.
• May train inexperienced assistants.
• Maintains clean and safe work site per safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Attends staff meetings and training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
