Simply Superior Window Cleaning is seeking a Lead Tech in California to deliver core cleaning services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter and solar panel cleaning, with a focus on customer service.

The role is non-exempt and hourly, offering $20–$25 per hour. Candidates should be available for early start times and occasional weekends, and must maintain high safety standards while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with customers.
• Ability to clearly communicate work scope and process to clients.
• Operate a variety of light equipment and hand tools safely.
• Organized and efficient with time.
• Able to work outdoors for most of the workday.
• Able to read and interpret instructions.
• Available to work a flexible schedule (4:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Mon–Fri; some weekends).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders while meeting hourly rate targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction rating at 4–5 to boost repeat business.
• Use scheduling software to track job times.
• May train inexperienced assistants.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site and wear PPE as required.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
