Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology is seeking a Technician III, Lead to maintain and troubleshoot complex hydraulic and electrical controls on wind turbines. You will lead by example, mentor junior technicians, and coordinate with the account team on challenging issues.

Requirements include 3+ years of wind experience, safety-focused practices, and English fluency. The role includes a strong safety culture, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth within our global wind-energy organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of wind experience, including work with heavy equipment and cranes.
• Safety-conscious with advanced knowledge of energy isolation and risk mitigation.
• Able to mentor junior technicians and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain wind turbines with your team to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to safety protocols and conduct safety inspections.
