Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Level C Lead Wind Blade Repair Technician to lead complex blade repair projects in the field. You will assess blade damage, interpret drawings, and provide technical leadership to field technicians.

The role requires 5+ years of wind blade repair experience, willingness to travel extensively, and the ability to work a 6-week-on / 1-week-off rotation. GWO BST/ART are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of wind turbine blade repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blade drawings and repair specifications.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Must be based in the United States and willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians during complex wind turbine blade repair projects.
• Assess and analyze blade damage and determine appropriate repair approaches.
• Develop and execute engineered blade repair plans under the direction of engineers.
• Read and interpret blade drawings, technical documents, and repair specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field technicians.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate field repair activities and support effective team execution.
• Follow all required safety procedures and company guidelines while working in the field.
