Job summary

Pronto Solutions Inc. is seeking a Lead Wind Blade Repair Technician — Level C to direct field crews in performing complex turbine blade repairs across U.S. sites. You will analyze damage, develop repair plans, and ensure work meets engineering standards, reading blade drawings and specs.

The role requires 5+ years of wind blade repair experience, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and a 6 weeks on / 1 week off travel cycle. Per diem and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wind turbine blade repair experience.
• Expertise in complex blade repairs.
• Ability to read blade drawings and interpret repair specifications.
• Based in the United States and eligible to travel.
• Willing to travel on a 6-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation.

• Lead field technicians through complex blade repairs.
• Analyze blade damage and develop and execute repair plans under the supervision of our engineers.
• Read and interpret blade drawings and repair specifications.
• Guide your team in completing safe, high-quality work.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of wind turbine blade repair experience.
• Full working knowledge of complex blade repairs.
• Ability to assess damage, interpret technical drawings, and carry out engineered repair plans.
• Based in the United States.
• Availability to travel and work a 6-weeks-on / 1-week-off rotation.

Training & Certifications

GWO BST and ART certifications are preferred, but not required. Certification training is available through Pronto University for candidates who need it.
