Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Wet Lab Supervisor to oversee the Building 2 Wet Lab, review chemical trends, and partner with Engineering to keep processes within specification. The role focuses on lead-by-example supervision, timely data analysis, and safe lab operations.

The position requires chemistry knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to interpret analytical data in a fast-paced PCB manufacturing environment. Prior wet lab and safety training are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant wet lab/PCB manufacturing experience may be considered.
• Previous wet lab, chemical processing, or PCB manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and direction to Wet Lab personnel, prioritizing testing and workload.
• Ensure chemical analyses, titrations, additions, and testing are completed at established frequencies.
• Review wet lab results and monitor SPC and chemical trends to identify shifts and out-of-control conditions.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to tighten chemical operating ranges and control limits.
• Communicate out-of-spec results, trends, or significant changes to Engineering and Operations.
• Maintain wet lab procedures, methods, specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure calibration and verification of wet lab equipment.
• Train Wet Lab Technicians on analytical methods, chemical handling, and data interpretation.
