Qualifications

• 2–4 years of laboratory or environmental/waste management experience; prior lead/mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily activities of Lab Technicians.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate workflow with Lab Manager and communicate results to plant leadership.
• Maintain records and support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
