Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks an Advanced Integrated Wet-Lab and Computational Researcher to bridge molecular biology with computational analysis across multiple omics platforms. The role collaborates with the Levi Lab to drive translational research from study design to data interpretation and publication.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in a relevant field with strong computational biology skills.
• Experience with high-throughput molecular data analyses.

Responsibilities

• Design integrated experimental and computational strategies with PI and collaborators.
• Analyze scRNA-seq, snRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, and other omics data.
• Develop reproducible analysis pipelines in R/Python.
• Bridge wet-lab and computational work to validate findings.
• Publish findings and contribute to high-impact publications.
