Job summary

Verto People Ltd is seeking a Pump Installer / Well Pump Installer / Field Service Technician in Texas. The role involves traveling across Texas, serving as the lead technician on a rig truck, and coordinating a small team to install and service well pump systems. Most work is field-based, with home weekends where possible.

The position offers hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pump equipment, motors, and control panels, with emphasis on safety and efficiency on-site.

Qualifications

Experience installing and pulling well pumps.
Several years of hands-on well pump experience.
Comfortable leading a small field crew and taking responsibility on-site.
Strong mechanical pump installation and service background.
Experience working with pump systems, motors and related equipment.

Responsibilities

Install and remove well pump systems using rig truck equipment.
Lead daily on-site activities and coordinate the work of supporting field service technicians.
Complete mechanical pump installation, removal, troubleshooting and repair work.
Travel across Texas for customer projects with varying durations.
Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently on site.
