Qualifications

• Read blueprints, fabrication drawings, schematics and welding symbols.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various metals.
• Maintain safe welding practices and PPE usage.
• Interpret specifications and perform joint fit-ups to tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality welds that meet engineering specs and codes.
• Operate orbital and/or laser welding systems as needed.
• Lead small assembly projects and support workflow planning.
• Train newer team members on welding procedures and standards.
• Document work and maintain organized work areas.
