Axiom Staffing Group is hiring for a high-volume metal fabrication facility in York, PA. This full-time welder position offers 1st shift from 5:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime on Fridays as approved.

You will perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum, require TIG experience, and work from drawings to weld, prep, and finish parts of varying gauges. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, welding frames and components, grinding as needed, and maintaining

Qualifications

• MIG welding on steel/aluminum required.
• TIG welding experience needed.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and weld symbols.
• Weld preparation, welding and weld finishing on various gauges.
• Operate welding machines and acetylene equipment; perform grinding as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and specifications, including weld symbols.
• Perform arc and gas welding on frames, racks, casings, trucks, and dies.
• Finish welded parts to meet quality standards.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly.
• Coordinate with team and Plant Manager to ensure accuracy of parts.

Axiom Staffing is recruiting for a high-volume metal fabrication facility with openings for multi-skilled individuals with prior experience.We are a high-volume metal fabrication facility with openings for multi-skilled individuals with prior experience. We offer 1st shift, 5:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday, and (if approved by the Supervisor) OT on Friday from 5:30am - 10:30am.MIG welding on steel/aluminum is required. TIG experience needed.
