Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients to confirm logistics and timeline.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal, ensuring all participants understand key cues.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per event design.
• Manage wedding-day execution from start to finish.
• Greet and direct all vendors.
• Assist with placement of personal event details.
• Support wedding party and family members on the day.
• Ensure all items are accounted for at the end of the event.
• Resolve issues or last-minute changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
