Training is provided and pay ranges $350-$450 per project for 10-12 hours, paid per project. The role is onsite in Montana, working with our team to execute weddings for the 2026 season and beyond.

You will lead on-site wedding planning, collaborate with client experience managers, and coordinate with assistants to deliver flawless events for engaged couples.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is essential.
• 2+ years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics and timelines.
• Lead the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding.
• Serve as on-site advocate for the couple and stay calm under pressure.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to end of night.
• Greet, direct, and be the main contact for all vendors.
• Communicate setup instructions to vendors and coordinate personal/event details.
• Support wedding party and family with timing cues and needs.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes to maintain guest experience.
