Job summary

Quad Med Medical Clinic operates a large production facility and seeks an experienced Web Offset Press Operator (First Press) to join the Hartford team. You will lead press crews, optimize color balance, perform setup and maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on a busy printing line.

Qualified candidates have prior web offset press experience; sheetfed, flexographic, gravure, or other presses are also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience operating web offset presses is required.
• Previous commercial printing press experience is required.
• Experience with sheetfed offset, flexographic, gravure, or other presses is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain web offset presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Lead and direct press crew to achieve production, quality, and safety goals.
• Perform press set-ups, make-readies, and routine maintenance procedures.
