Job summary

Forge is seeking a Weatherization Crew Chief to lead residential insulation projects in Eastern Massachusetts. You will manage a crew of 2–4 installers, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance, and perform insulation installation and air sealing per Mass Save guidelines.

The role offers a full-time W2 position with benefits including health/dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, potential overtime, and tool provisions. Strong leadership and field coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading insulation/weatherization crews.
• Experience with air sealing, ventilation, and blower door testing.
• Familiarity with Mass Save or home performance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–4 insulation installers.
• Uphold safety, productivity, and workmanship standards.
• Perform insulation installation, air sealing, and blower door tasks per Mass Save guidelines.
• Coordinate with project coordinator and office team; complete documentation.
