Job summary

SunCoast Restoration and Waterproofing in Florida seeks a Waterproofing & Structural Restoration Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and crew members to meet project specs and client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on restoration and waterproofing experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to SunCoast’s values.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in commercial waterproofing, structural restoration, or related work preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices is preferred.
Experience supervising crews and coordinating field tasks is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead field crews to complete waterproofing and structural restoration work safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Coordinate daily tasks, materials, tools, and scheduling with the Superintendent.
Mentor and supervise laborers, apprentices, restoration technicians, and crew members.
Maintain daily logs and ensure quality control and documentation.
Ensure safety, compliance, and effective communication on-site.
