Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or residential construction leadership role.
• Experience building custom residential projects.
• Procore experience is required.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Professional communication with clients and partners.
• Comfortable learning new technology and AI tools for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from pre-construction through final punch list.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
• Maintain and execute project schedules using Gantt charts, Procore, and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, interior designers, and trade partners.
• Conduct daily quality control walks and ensure work meets Nautilus standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite for walkthroughs.
• Complete accurate daily logs, inspections, photos, and field documentation using Procore.
• Review shop drawings and construction documents for accuracy.
• Read and interpret plans from civil to interior design documents.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to protect schedule and quality.
• Maintain organized digital project documentation and communicate updates via Microsoft 365.
• Use technology and AI tools to improve communication and efficiency.
• Champion Nautilus Homes processes and continuous improvement across field operations.
