• Perform hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and advanced modeling to ensure robust, efficient systems.
• Manage the development of plans, specifications, and permitting processes to meet schedules and regulatory standards.
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates reflecting expertise and attention to detail.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead meetings and maintain long-term client relationships to exceed expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Drive business development and regional project coordination.
