You will collaborate with senior staff, engage with clients, and support operations and maintenance planning for municipal and industrial facilities, with opportunities for growth and leadership within a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in water/wastewater engineering, including design and operations/maintenance of treatment plants and pump stations.
• Bachelor's degree in an ABET-accredited Engineering program.
• P.E. license required with the ability to obtain TX P.E. within 6 months of employment.
• Familiarity with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client engagement abilities.
• Ability to travel and work overtime as needed.
• General Contractor License a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design water distribution and wastewater collection systems, pump stations, and treatment units.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and pump sizing.
• Prepare and manage plans, specifications, permitting documents, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with municipal and private stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional project execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Integrate current industry trends and technologies into project solutions.
• Support operations and maintenance planning for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
