Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in construction.
• Experience on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or municipal utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil or municipal construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater treatment construction projects.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and quality control.
• Coordinate inspections, subcontractor work, and material deliveries.
• Resolve field challenges and maintain project productivity.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation.
• Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and municipal requirements.
