Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on water and wastewater treatment facility projects in the Lakeland, FL region. This role offers a base salary of $120,000–$160,000 with bonuses and a strong benefits package from a well-established contractor.

The candidate will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project managers to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent or field leadership experience in construction.
• Experience on water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, or municipal utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil or municipal construction practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage complex jobsite schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high safety and quality standards on active construction sites.
