Actalent in Racine, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to lead teams designing water treatment equipment and systems. You will interpret customer specs, generate P&ID diagrams and schedules, and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Manufacturing to ensure scope alignment.

You will manage multiple projects, develop handover packages, verify drawings meet specs, and support product development while applying regulatory considerations. This role is onsite in Racine with hybrid elements as needed.

Formación

• BS in Engineering; Mechanical preferred, other disciplines considered.
• 5+ years in industrial design engineering on capital projects.
• Ability to perform design hand calculations (pump sizing, fluid flow).
• Experience with pump design, valve selection, piping design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project teams in design of water treatment products and systems.
• Interpret complex customer specifications for compliant designs.
• Produce P&ID diagrams and equipment schedules.
• Manage complex project schedules and handover packages.
