Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Technician in North Ridgeville, OH. You will lead restoration projects, apply water and fire mitigation techniques, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have IICRC certifications and proven restoration experience, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset. Competitive compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications such as WRT, ASD, AMRD, FST, CC are highly preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in water and fire restoration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in water and fire damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
