Join us as a Lead Water Technician at 247 Aquadry Inc

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Water Technician to join our growing restoration team. In this role, you will oversee water damage restoration projects, lead a team, coordinate with clients and insurance companies, and ensure high-quality, timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians on water damage restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction, drying, mold remediation, and structural drying procedures.
• Ensure all projects meet industry standards and quality guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members.
• Utilize IICRC standards and best practices for mitigation and remediation.
• Conduct moisture readings and document project progress.
• Oversee job site safety, equipment maintenance, and work efficiency.
• Train and mentor new technicians.
• Respond to emergency water damage calls, including after-hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) required.
• Experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, insurance processes, and best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time, Monday-Friday.
• On-call for emergencies, including nights and weekends.
