Job summary

Rainbow International Restoration in the Raleigh area is seeking an Experienced Lead Water Restoration Technician. You will supervise on-site drying operations, assess structures, and decide best drying strategies. Must have 2 years' experience and IICRC WRT certification, and be able to work nights and weekends on an on-call schedule.

The role offers weekly pay with direct deposit, paid holidays, sick pay, and vacation pay. Reliable transportation and NC driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a water restoration technician
• IICRC WRT certification required
• Willingness to be on a rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation and NC driver’s license
• Ability to work unsupervised and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site water restoration operations and determine best drying methods
• Work nights/weekends on on-call basis for emergency calls
• Perform tasks in confined spaces and manage safety considerations
• Collaborate with team to restore structures to pre-loss condition
