You will manage field operations, ensure client satisfaction, and oversee the performance of your team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure, with the capacity to drive projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 6 years of project management experience in water/wastewater infrastructure or utility services.
• Strong experience in field operations, client communication, and crew leadership is required.
• PMP Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Lead water meter service contracts from planning through execution.
• Manage daily field operations including crew deployment and production tracking.
• Serve as the primary client contact and track schedules and budgets.
• Develop operating procedures and support hiring and training of technicians.
