Job summary

SEH in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Water Engineer / Project Manager to lead water infrastructure projects across treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage and distribution systems. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and foster strong client relationships from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects (treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, distribution)
• Serve as senior client partner, maintaining long-term relationships from planning through delivery and beyond
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers, setting technical direction
• Guide development of creative and resilient solutions to water challenges
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project risk, ensure quality, and drive outcomes
• Support practice growth through proposals, strategic pursuits, and client expansion
