PureDry Restoration in Snohomish, WA is seeking a Lead Water Damage Technician to supervise a team of technicians while performing hands-on restoration work on site. This is a working lead role with focus on safety, quality, and timely project completion.

You will follow SOPs, document moisture progress, and coordinate with the In-Home Sales Specialist for additional services. This position requires on-call rotation, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related field strongly preferred.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and work alongside technicians to complete projects from start to finish.
• Adhere to SOPs, ensuring safety, quality, and a professional image on all job sites.
• Demolish safely using hand and power tools with minimal disruption.
• Document drying progress with moisture meters and equipment.
• Coordinate with the In-Home Sales Specialist regarding additional services.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites following state laws and company policies.
• Complete all applicable compliance tasks in DASH daily.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
