Job summary

PureDry Restoration, based in Snohomish, WA, seeks a Lead Water Damage Technician to supervise a team while performing hands-on restoration work on-site. You will ensure safety, quality, and SOP adherence, and coordinate with the sales team to address additional services.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, with IICRC certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license. This is a leadership, field-based position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related field preferred.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• On-call rotation participation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside technicians to complete job projects from start to finish, ensuring tasks meet plan and deadlines.
• Adhere to SOPs, maintaining safety, quality, and a professional image on all job sites.
• Demolish using hand and power tools safely and precisely.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters and other equipment.
• Communicate with the In-Home Sales Specialist regarding additional services.
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites in compliance with state traffic laws.
• Complete all DASH daily compliance tasks.
• Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure excellent service and high-quality results.
