Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our El Dorado washout facility. You will oversee safe, compliant, and efficient operations, including tanker washouts, waste handling, wastewater management, and customer service.

You will lead a team while performing hands-on washout and cleaning tasks as needed. The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on mechanical capability to operate pumps, pressure-washers, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years in environmental/industrial services or related field.
• Experience with tanker washouts and waste handling.
• Ability to perform physical washout and cleaning tasks.
• Familiarity with SDSs, waste handling, labeling, and manifests.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations, staffing, workflow, and priorities.
• Supervise washout and cleaning of tankers and equipment.
• Review waste profiles and handling requirements.
• Coordinate equipment staging, inspection, turnaround and release.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to staff.
