Job summary

INNIO Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Lead Warranty Specialist to manage warranty claims for INNIO Waukesha Gas Engines Inc. products. You will investigate mechanical/electrical failures, support root cause analysis, and deliver detailed reporting to ensure fair, timely resolutions.

The role involves negotiating settlements, overseeing material disposition, testing components, and providing technical presentations on root causes to support claim decisions. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience servicing and troubleshooting engines and/or power generation equipment.
• Experience with Salesforce and data reporting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claim process and negotiate settlements satisfactory to customer and business.
• Oversee return and disposition of material to support warranty claims.
• Inspect, test, and analyze mechanical and electrical components as needed.
• Prepare reports and present root cause analyses to support claim decisions.
• Use Salesforce to report and track product issues and customer events.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional projects.
