Job summary

INNIO seeks a Lead Application Engineer - Gas Engines to drive Waukesha G as Engine solutions for gas compression and power generation. You will partner with customers, channel partners, and sales teams to craft optimized technical solutions and support opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

You will deliver application expertise in engine performance, fuel flexibility, emissions, and system optimization, while training and guiding customers onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in gas engines, power generation, or industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification and adoption of Waukesha G as Engine solutions for gas compression and power generation.
• Develop optimized technical solutions with customers, partners and sales teams.
• Provide in-depth engine performance, emissions, and fuel-system expertise.
• Deliver training, technical consultations, troubleshooting, and onsite support across projects.
• Work with engineering, product management, operations, and sales to steer product strategy.
