Job summary

Langham Logistics in Whiteland, IN is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for a 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). This full-time role oversees loading and unloading, ensures shipments go out on schedule, and serves as a bridge between Associates and the Supervisor while coaching and training staff.

Responsibilities include meeting safety and quality targets, planning manpower, and using RF guns to track inventory, while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficient with Oracle.
• At least one year of experience in a comparable position.
• Forklift certification and ability to operate a variety of forklift types.
• Ability to operate a variety of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates, assign daily workloads.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Ensure quality and productivity metrics are met daily.
• Plan manpower to meet daily schedules and adjust staffing.
• Use RF guns and mobile devices to record inventory.
• Maintain safe work environment and follow security guidelines.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and provide input for process improvements.
