Job summary

Havis, Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Fri). The role coordinates priority picking, replenishment, and daily packing activities while overseeing data reporting and adherence to safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, ERP familiarity, and the ability to operate material handling equipment. Valid driver’s license and English comprehension are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data entry in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
• Experience using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet-jacks, carts) is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate picking priority of work orders and sales orders.
• Coordinate bin replenishment needs.
• Perform daily picking and packing activities as needed.
• Collect and report data on department performance metrics.
• Conduct training for Material Handlers, Packers and Cycle Counters.
• Communicate assignments to warehouse employees daily.
• Troubleshoot issues with paperwork and the ERP system.
• Deliver and move product parts and finished goods.
• Maintain inventory stocking levels in picking locations.
• Enter data into ERP and Excel spreadsheets accurately.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse zones.
